Eligibility by Product Type

Brain Integration Therapy Program Manual
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase and prior to redeeming the access code. Once the access code has been used, the program is considered accessed and is no longer eligible for return.

DVDs, CDs, and Flashcards
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items returned unopened in original plastic wrapping are eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened items may be returned if they remain in resalable condition, and a $3.00 restocking fee will be applied.

Right Brain Phonics Program Book & Craft Right Brain Readers
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.


Nutritional Supplements (Non-Returnable)

Due to strict health, safety, and quality control standards, all nutritional supplement purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Because these products are ingested, we are unable to verify proper storage conditions, handling, or potential contamination once they leave our facility. For the safety of all families we serve, returned supplements cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every customer receives products that meet the highest standards of integrity and care.


Shipping & Refund Adjustments

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund once a return is processed.


Return Packaging & Condition

Please package your return carefully to ensure it arrives in resalable condition. All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Any damage incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging is the responsibility of the customer and may affect refund eligibility.


How to Complete a Return

Once your return has been approved, please include the following with your shipment:

  • Full Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Order Number or Conference Name and Date (if purchased at an event)
