Free Shipping on orders $50 and more!

We offer free shipping for all Learning Product orders $50.00 and greater, shipped to a single address within the United States (selection of free shipping is available when checking out).  Free shipping will ship via USPS Media Mail, which may take up to 6-10 days upon shipment to arrive. If you need your materials sooner, we recommend choosing Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.


Low cost shipping options for orders under $50

We also offer low media mail rates for Learning Product Orders of less than $50.00 (2 – 10 day shipping) within the United Sates. Media Mail and Ground Advantage rates will typically never exceed $10 within the US.

Priority Mail is also offered within the United States if you wish to receive your order within 3 days of shipment from our office.  This will require an additional fee if preferred.


Supplement Orders

USPS requires all supplements to be shipped through Priority Mail, which typically arrives within 2-3 days after your package ships.

Refrigerated supplements are only shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure the success of keeping the supplement bottles cool. If you place your order after 10:00 a.m. MST on Tuesday, it will be shipped out the following Monday.


Backorders

Typically, out of stock products are replenished within 10-14 business days. We’ll ship any backordered products in your order as soon as they’re available. If we are unable to restock an item within 30 days, we will refund your purchase and send an email with any updates we have.
Backorders are also very frustrating for us as they are usually completely out of our control. We’ve run into paper shortages, supplement shortages, and even short staffing problems from our vendors that cause shipping delays. Trust that we are doing our best here to get your product restocked and shipped out to you. Our goal is to ensure you have your materials within 7-10 business days after placing your order.

International Orders

Are shipping prices to your address too high? Please email us before placing your order and we will work with our USPS and UPS system to find you the best shipping rate available: customersuccess@diannecraft.org

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs charges as these vary between countries. We have spent much time searching for loopholes around this, but there is nothing we can do to waive these fees or pay for them in advance for our customers. Neither UPS or USPS gives an estimate of customs charges, which is why they are not rolled into our pricing upon checkout. We are not responsible for additional customs charges on packages after they have been processed through our system.

Customers are responsible for collecting shipments from their local customs office. If a package is returned to our office marked as “unclaimed” by customs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to reship the package. Our team will work with you to ensure that the correct or updated contact information is clearly written on the package to avoid further issues with delivery.

There are some exceptions in which Child Diagnostics will cover the reshipment fees for a returned international order including:

  • shipping address entered incorrectly on package
  • package damaged in transit

Our shipping team always ensures you get the best shipping rate on your order. If we find a better shipping rate at the time of shipment, you will be refunded the difference within 5 business days of your order being processed. All refunds will come from Child Diagnostics, Inc.
